Jaclyn is a career coach, educator, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience helping people thrive in complex, mission-driven environments. Her professional journey began in finance before shifting to nonprofits and education–earning multiple advanced degrees along the way. She has taught in public and private schools, led graduate courses at the university level, conducted original research on teacher well-being and retention, and has coached many educators. Jaclyn understands the emotional, professional, and practical dimensions of building a meaningful career.

As the founder of EdClarity, Jaclyn draws on her full spectrum of experience to support educators who are ready for change. Whether guiding new teachers, helping mid-career educators reimagine their next steps, or coaching those looking to pivot out of the classroom entirely, she meets clients with empathy, insight, and actionable strategy. Her goal is simple: to help educators move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
